Trinetra Kumbhaka

Transform and awaken your Kundalini Shakti, cleansing bad memories and karma, leading to a profound cosmic union.

Introduction to Trinetra Kumbhaka

Trinetra Kumbhaka is the most beautiful method to intensely trigger your ability to digest all the bad memories, bad muscle memories, and karma itself.

The most powerful kumbhaka is Trinetra Kumbhaka. Trinetra Kumbhaka awakens your Kundalini Shakti to cosmic union with Paramashiva, rebuilds your body, burns all the bad muscle memory (laziness, all addictions, and habits), bad bio memory (wrong beliefs about self, world, and God), and does everything best.

If any of you feel you are suffering from obsessive-compulsive reactionary patterns and behavior, do this Trinetra Kumbhaka. In a few days, the whole obsessive-compulsive reactionary pattern and behavior, and the whole negativity along with it, will be exhaled and leave your system because when the Kundalini Shakti rises, this whole obsessive-compulsive reactionary pattern and behavior melts down.

Scriptural Reference of Trinetra Kumbhaka, Kumbhaka Paddhati, Verse 192

sakṛc-candreṇa cāpūrya dhārya sūryeṇa pūrayet | niyamya pūrayen-nobhyāṃ dhārayitvā yathāvidhi ॥ trinetra-kumbhakaḥ proktas-tri-netreṇa tri-siddhidaḥ ॥ 192 ॥

Translation: one should inhale through the left and hold the breath, followed by inhalation by the right nostril and retain. Then again inhale the breath through the nostril, and hold the breath systematically (before exhalation). This is Trinetra Kumbhaka by śiva, which gives three-fold siddhis.

Simple steps to perform Trinetra Kumbhaka

  1. Inhale through the left nostril as much as you can comfortably.

  2. Hold close both nostrils with the thumbs as comfortably as you can. Don’t kill yourself.

  3. Without exhaling, again try to inhale through the right nostril as much as you can.

  4. When you try to inhale through the right nostril, the body will automatically inhale a little. Don’t bother about it, but you don’t consciously exhale.

  5. Then, again, don’t exhale. Try to inhale through both nostrils and hold it as much as you can comfortably.

  6. When you can’t hold anymore, slowly exhale through the left nostril.
