Introduction to eN-Kriya

Step One:

Sit in Vajrasana or Padmasana and perform Nadi Shodhana
Nadi Shodhana – Close the right nostril with the right thumb, inhale as deeply as possible through the left nostril, and close the left nostril with the middle and ring fingers together. Exhale through right and inhale through left.

This is one cycle. Do this at least 11 times.

Step Two:

Bhastrika Pranayam – Pull your lower abdomen In and Up and exhale. Don’t shake the whole body. Use the lower abdomen. Do this Bhastrika 21 times.

Step Three:

Samana Kriya – Inhale as slowly as possible, hold as long as possible, exhale as slowly as possible, and keep the lung empty as long as possible. Do this 21 times.

Step Four:

Put both your thumbs in your respective ears, index finger and middle finger on the eyes, ring finger on the nose, and little finger on the lip. It is called Shambhavi mudra.

Close all five senses and block the nostrils. Stop the energy going out; send the whole energy intensely in. Hold as long as possible; release it when you feel you can’t hold anymore. Repeat this 21 times.

Step Five:

Do intense humming for the next 7 minutes.

Step Six:

Shakti Dharana Meditation – stand on both knees, raise your hand towards the sky, and connect with the master, facing towards the direction of the Bidadi Banyan Tree. Connect with the master and feel his intense energy landing on you; when you feel full, surrender to the earth by bowing down towards earth empty yourself. Repeat this process at least seven times.

Step Seven:

Sit relaxed, connecting with the master, sending healing, compassionate energy, and vibration toward the world. Bless the whole world.
