Steps for Yoga Nidra Meditation

  1. Before sleeping, sit on your bed. Switch off all the lights and relax on your bed.
  2. Create “Hoooo” (hooo kara sound), not loudly but internally.
  3. Visualize this sound as ringing and filling your whole being/body.
  4. Chant as intensely as possible but not loudly. Do this just for 8-10 minutes but intensely.
