October 17, 2023 – KAILASA Builds Diplomatic Ties with the Republic of Paraguay
KAILASA expands its diplomatic network by establishing formal relations with the Republic of Paraguay. This recent development includes the official recognition of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) as the Sovereign of the United States of KAILASA.
- Mr. Arnaldo Chamorro, Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of the Republic of Paraguay, issued a proclamation acknowledging the SPH as the Sovereign of the United States of KAILASA.
- Mr. Fidel Morinigo, External Advisor to the National Congress of the Republic of Paraguay, has formally recognized the SPH as the Sovereign of the United States of KAILASA.
- Professor Juande Dios Garbett, an esteemed faculty member at the Autonomous University of Asuncion, Republic of Paraguay, has also proclaimed the SPH as the Sovereign of the United States of KAILASA.
