October 24, 2023 – KAILASA Celebrates Vijayadashami, Concluding the Navaratri Brahmotsavam

From around the globe, KAILASA’s embassies, centers and monasteries gathered to celebrate Vijayadashami, the final day of the Navaratri festival. The rituals on this auspicious day were performed by KAILASA’s global temples in more than fifteen locations around the world, with the performance of grand ceremonies and generous offerings, gathering thousands to the celebrations.

The day featured an array of ten ancient rituals, including the Rajarajeshwari Abhishekam, Chandi Homa, Chandi Parayanam, followed by a grand Pratyaksha Pada Puja offered at the feet of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH), and the Alankara Deeparathana in honor of the presiding deities of these festivals; Devi Sri Rajarajeshwari and Bhagavan Sri Venkateshwara Swami.

The prominent highlight of the day was the culmination of the Durga Puja, which commemorates the victory of Goddess Durga over the demon king Mahishasura. Celebrated by Hindus across the globe, Vijayadashami serves as a propitious occasion to initiate new endeavours and conquer new challenges.

Coinciding with the conclusion of the Navaratri festivities, the Paramashivoham Global Summit, organized by KAILASA, concluded with a remarkable success, witnessing the transformation of over 1700 participants through an experiential initiation into the science of enlightenment of Hinduism.

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) graced the occasion with a live presidential address that reached an extensive global audience through more than 800 streaming channels on diverse social media platforms. During the address, the SPH formally announced the successful completion of the Chaturmasya, a four-month vow observed annually by Hindu monks and followed by KAILASA members lead by the SPH Himself, dedicated to spiritual penance and the dissemination of the science of enlightenment worldwide.

The SPH also initiated several blessed individuals into the prestigious life of Sannyas, imparting upon them His divine blessings to embark on the path of spiritual realization and enlightenment.

Furthermore, the SPH’s profound contributions to the world continued to garner widespread support and donations from distinguished global figures and organizations. Notably, the offering of prestigious rituals such as the Tulabharam and the Pratyaksha Pada Puja received generous sponsorship from devotees and supporters across the globe.

From around the globe, VIP guests and delegates form KAILASA’s global network attended the event, honouring us with their esteemed presence.
