Documentary on Nithyananda Yoga Paddhathi
Nithyananda Yoga is the revival of THE original Yoga!
Following Sadashiva’s initial revelation, Yogis have pursued authentic Yoga to achieve the ultimate physical form and tap into Sadashiva’s powers. Patanjali, often celebrated as the father of Yoga, introduced Ashtanga Yoga with its eight facets over 3,000 years ago. However, it’s less commonly recognized that Sadashiva had already presented Shashtanga Yoga, detailed in the Kirana Agama, more than 60,000 years prior, establishing the deeper roots and breadth of authentic Yoga practice.
