Steps for Yoga Nidra Meditation
- Before sleeping, sit on your bed. Switch off all the lights and relax on your bed.
- Create “Hoooo” (hooo kara sound), not loudly but internally.
- Visualize this sound as ringing and filling your whole being/body.
- Chant as intensely as possible but not loudly. Do this just for 8-10 minutes but intensely.
