Introduction to KAILASA's Pacchai Pattini Vratham

Mahamari Amman represents the self-purification of the entire Prakriti.

The water element from the ocean is purified by the fire element from the sun, transforming into clouds and showering as rain. This rain purifies the earth and the air space, making it the ultimate purifier. Mahamari, Parashakti represents the self-purification of the entire Prakriti or nature. Fasting is a purifying process for every individual.

During the Vratham period every year, Mahamari, Parashakti, Prakriti – She Herself observes this Pacchai Pattini Vratham, thereby purifying not only the entire Prakriti but also offering us the opportunity to purify ourselves along with Her.

The Pacchai Pattini Vratham is specially designed to

  • Spiritually heal our physical and psychological ailments,
  • Help clear out all toxins and blockages from our system,
  • Strengthen our immune system to effectively fight off diseases,
  • Relieve all our stress, anxiety, and mental tension,
  • Receive the blessings of the Goddess to stay protected from all diseases.

By observing this Pacchai Pattini Vratham, we create a space for Paramashiva and Paramashivashakti to manifest in our bodies. When they manifest, they spiritually heal the whole world, and we are ultimately prepared to receive the science of immortality.

In the words of THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, ‘Langanam Parama Aushadam’ — Fasting is the best medicine. Fasting not only detoxifies our body and mind, but it also has the power to digest our karmas.

We’re thrilled announce that there will be a special Sri Vidya Puja at the end of the 28-day Pacchai Pattini Vratham. It is a powerful offering to THE SPH who is the very embodiment of the Cosmic Mother. This seva is done for Manifesting the blessings and grace of the Cosmic Mother in our lives. This will happen on April 5th, 2026.

Mahamari Amman symbolizes the self-purification of nature (Prakriti) and observes the Pachai Pattini Vratham annually, offering us a chance to purify alongside Her. This period is an opportunity to deepen our Guru Bhakti, through the sacred Sri Vidya Puja, which was the puja Bhagavan Himself had done when he was young.

In the Sri Vidhya Puja we will

  • Living the Sri Vidhya Initiation Process: Engage in power manifestation sessions to experience profound spiritual growth by making our Atma Linga stand on our hands, following the Guru’s initiation and teachings.

  • Revisiting Bhagavan’s Powerful Cognition on Manifestation and Mother Worship: We will revisit and discuss the Powerful Cognitions shared by THE SPH during the Sri Vidhya Puja, deepening our Guru Bhakti.
  • Learning the Grand Narrative of Sri Vidhya: Explore the depths of Sri Vidhya to understand its science and become a magnet for fortune, empowering abundance in all life aspects.
